Mr. Naidu is responsible for P&L and efficient operations of HTL's Plants at Chennai and Hosur. He majored in B.Tech from Bhopal University. His vast experience includes managing and heading Greenfield & Expansion projects, Manufacturing Operations, and Business Management. He has expertise in enhancing current systems to bring in cost efficiencies. He has also implemented India’s first ever Optical Fiber and Preform manufacturing plant at OPTEL Telecommunications, Bhopal. Prior to joining HTL, he was associated with organizations such as NALCO, OPTEL Telecommunication, and General Cable.
