Wireline Division
The Wireline division was the first manufacturing facility of
HFCL, which started operations in 1989 by making its entry in
telecom equipment manufacturing by introducing Analogue Subscriber
Carrier Systems (ASCS) & Primary Digital Multiplexer. Since
then HFCL has grown to be the single largest private sector
company having supplied the maximum number of PDH & SDH optical
transmission equipments to BSNL / MTNL.
Located amidst the scenic hills of Himachal Pradesh, the sprawling
unit at Solan produces the best in wireline technologies. The
manufacturing line consists of two fully automated pick & place
assembly lines, having a total capacity of 80,000 components per
hours. In house assembly lines include coils, cable assemblies
& manual assembly lines.
The division has collaborated with international telecom giants like Marconi, UTStarcom, and Huawei to bring latest technologies in India at affordable prices

- SDH Transmission - STM-1, 4 & 16
- SDH-Access-DLC
- DWDM -32 Ch
- Digital Cross Connect (DXC)
The division has a highly skilled and technically competent workforce accreditation
is a hallmark of the product quality.
